Payment Methods
You have FOUR different options to pay for CTM products online:

CREDIT CARD or DEBIT CARD
You can pay for your order using your Credit Card or Debit Card. For your protection against fraud, you will unfortunately not be able to pay online if your credit card is not 3D secure. To facility this option visit your nearest CTM store to make a paymant using your card.

TIGOPESA
You can pay for your online order using TIGOPESA (Tigo).
- Select “Pay Bill” from the TIGOPESA menu.
- Enter the CTM Webstore business number 917811.
- Enter your full Order Reference number or simply write your name
- Enter the full order amount which should be between TZS 1000 and TZS 5,000,000.
- Confirm the Entry Amount and Business Name (Braintree Tanzania Limited)
- Enter your TIGOPESA PIN
- You will receive a confirmation and a transaction CODE via SMS.

BANK DEPOSIT
You can conveniently deposit the amount directly into our CTM bank account from your preferred bank using your order reference number as the payment reference. To make this process even smoother, we offer three bank accounts for you to choose from, ensuring seamless and flexible deposits.

You can login to your Mobile/Internet banking and pay the amount due. We also accept payments via USSD Link, this is a safe, secure and cost efficient platform for bank account to bank account money transfer. It can be done from your Mobile banking, (USSD & Application), Internet banking, ATM and Branch front office. Please use your order reference number as your reference.

Credit Financing via NMB Bank
Pata mkopo wa kununua bidhaa za CTM toka NMB.
Step 1. Get a quote from CTM. Step 2. Register with NMB Bank, online or download the Mobile App from Google Play or App Store. Step 3. Apply for financing by sharing your CTM quote and all your details in order for NMB Bank to do a credit check. Step 4. If you qualify NMB Bank sends you a confirmation and makes full payment for your CTM order. Step 5. That's it, we process the order and you receive your CTM invoice.

M-Pesa
You can pay for your online order using MPESA (Vodacom).
- Select “Pay Bill” from the MPESA menu.
- Enter the CTM Webstore business number 839933.
- Enter your full Order Reference number or simply write your name
- Enter the full order amount which should be between TZS 1000 and TZS 5,000,000.
- Confirm the Entry Amount and Business Name (Braintree Tanzania Limited)
- Enter your MPESA PIN
